Expert Secrets Publishing is an established US-based information marketing company that is in the process of expanding operations into the local Canadian (GTA) marketplace.

Our company currently produces and markets high quality training DVDs, CDROMS and manuals, designs custom software and runs unique membership sites to various niche markets, and actively targets marketing to these niches through extensive and multifaceted Internet-based direct response advertising campaigns.

We are in the process of opening up our new office in Mississauga, (our 3rd location) and are actively scouting for superstars to join our team in the fields of;

** Customer Service - Day to day customer experience management through email, telephone, online live support etc.

** Operations - Handling of day to day operational tasks involving hands on assistance in the areas of marketing, selling, project management, liaising with programmers and webmasters etc. Generally ensuring stuff gets DONE.

** Multimedia Content Production - Includes dealing with video production [online & dvds], audio production, manual & workbook layout etc...

We could list here a laundry list of "qualifications" but our hiring process isn't mainly based on background or "certificates" at all...

We hire producers and people with "the right stuff" because part of our philosophy has always been that folks with the right stuff can be trained to get almost anything done right.

So for example, the skill of "editing video in Sony Vegas or Final Cut pro" for a new DVD project really is secondary to being an intelligent fast learner, who's full of resourceful and stops at nothing to get the job done.
